We’ve got big news, Mix Country 106 fans! As we prepare for the exciting year ahead, our Tex Mix Top 20 song chart will be on pause until the second week of January 2025, with our first new chart of the year set to release on January 15th. Additionally, our New Crop Country Feature artist selections will also take a winter hiatus, returning in the New Year with fresh sounds and talent.

Why the Freeze?

This temporary freeze will allow us time to fine-tune our music format to better serve you, our loyal listeners. Mix Country 106 will remain true to its Texas country roots, but we’re enhancing our lineup with a refined selection of songs, including a few changes that will expand our range without changing the heart of our sound.
